Taoyuan Pearl Coast Music Festival boasts music A-listers and NBA stars

The inaugural Taoyuan Pearl Coast Music Festival is right around the corner. From Aug. 29 to 31, it will be held at Zhuwei Fishing Harbor with a roster of several A-listers. But it’s more than a music festival. There will also be basketball exhibition games, and one session will even feature two NBA stars. Look no further if you’re looking for a getaway before summer vacation ends.
Taoyuan Pauian Pilots cheerleaders each hold a basketball while dancing on stage. Shortly afterwards, Taoyuan Mayor Chang Shan-cheng joins the DJ on stage and tries his hand on the turntable.
The inaugural Taoyuan Pearl Coast Music Festival will be held at Zhuwei Fishing Harbor from Aug. 29 to Aug. 31. The roster includes big names from Taiwan, such as Power Station and Nine One One, as well as international acts. They’re sure to wow the audience.

Taoyuan’s Iron Rose Music Competition, which has been held for many years, as well as the competition for the Lalai Taoyuan Indigenous Music Festival will also hold their championships on those days, so you’ll really get to hear the hottest and best music.
Not only will there be the catchiest tunes playing live, the festival is also not to be missed by basketball fans. On Aug. 30, NBA players Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks and Kawhi Leonard of the Los Angeles Clippers will also make an appearance and interact with the audience while participating in an exhibition game. The stars are sure to drive fans wild.

The music festival incorporates sports. We got to invite two very, very famous NBA players: Karl-Anthony Towns of the New York Knicks and Kawhi Leonard of the Los Angeles Clippers. They’re both household names and they’ll be at Zhuwei Fishing Harbor to show off their dunking and play in a 3x3 basketball exhibition game.
